Spitex Oberes Seetal supports people in their homes with expertise, commitment and heart. As a public Spitex, we provide professional services in the areas of nursing, wound care, housekeeping and support.
With around 30 dedicated employees, we are on duty daily from 06:30 to 22:00, 365 days a year, for the residents of our contract municipalities Fahrwangen, Meisterschwanden, Sarmenstorf and Bettwil.

We are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (40%)

Your main tasks

• You independently plan and carry out demanding nursing and care tasks.
• You advise and support relatives and promote holistic care.
• As the case-leading nursing specialist, you take responsibility for the nursing process and ensure continuous, high-quality care.
• You conduct needs assessments and document them professionally and comprehensibly.
• You maintain a trusting and constructive collaboration with our team, doctors and other professionals and institutions.
• On days with day responsibility, you are available to the FaGe in the late shift as a professional contact person in the background on-call service.

Your profile

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF, FH, DN II or AKP
• Enjoyment of effective, purposeful, economical and evidence-based nursing
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
• You enjoy working in a team, act independently and treat people with empathy and appreciation.
• Good user knowledge of Perigon, InterRAI HC and MS Office is an advantage
• Driving licence category B and own vehicle
