Controlling Specialist & Social Service Billing
Administration | Kriens | 80% | from 01.06.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Responsibility for precise and timely billing of social services to cantons and IV offices
- Provision of relevant financial data for internal reporting and as a basis for decision-making
- Preparation of well-founded evaluations and analyses to support management and strategic development
- Technical responsibility for the Abacus project management module including AbaReport as well as ensuring optimal use and further development of the systems in cooperation with the ICT department
- Active participation in the realignment of the area focusing on process optimization and the establishment of future-oriented, digital solutions
- Technical and personnel management of a clerk
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in accounting
- Strong IT affinity and very good user knowledge of Abacus
- Networked thinking ability and the ability to quickly recognize connections, independently grasp them and classify them in a larger context
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility as well as the ability and motivation to take initiative and proactively drive topics forward
- Communicative, flexible and team-oriented personality with joy in actively developing processes
- Willingness to take on leadership responsibility
