Lawyer (MLaw or lic.iur) 60-80% (fixed-term) 60 - 80%Are you interested in a challenging and diverse role at the interface between law and politics? The Legal Department of the General Secretariat supports the offices and departments of the Health Directorate in all legal matters. It participates in projects, drafts laws, handles parliamentary initiatives, and litigates in appeal procedures.
For a maternity cover, we are looking for a lawyer with a workload of 60-80% to start immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term for 1 year.
Your tasks
- Advising the offices of the Health Directorate
- Preparing legal documents, consultations, co-reports, orders and mandates within the remit of the General Secretariat
- Supporting and participating in legislative projects
- Independently clarifying complex legal issues in health law as well as in procurement, IT and data protection law
Your profile
- University degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.) with very good knowledge of public law
- Special interest in legal issues in the field of health law
- Knowledge of procurement, IT and data protection law and interest in legal questions related to digitalisation desired
- Professional experience and knowledge of procedures and processes in administrations or organisations
- Solution-oriented, advisory competence and precise expression
- Structured, independent and efficient working style
