TASKS

At the heart of one of our largest dental clinics, the responsible dental assistant plays an essential role in the smooth running of operations and team cohesion. As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced professional, both technically skilled and capable of taking on organizational responsibilities.

In collaboration with the clinic manager, you will be a true driving force for the daily smooth operation. You will actively participate in coordinating a large team while ensuring compliance with the protocols and quality standards that define our structure.

Your main tasks will be:

• Supervise, support, and motivate the team of dental assistants
• Manage schedules and working hours
• Work in collaboration with your HR
• Ensure compliance with protocols and internal procedures
• Ensure the quality of care and strict adherence to hygiene rules
• Participate in chairside work with practitioners
• Contribute to patient reception and administrative management
• Guarantee smooth and efficient organization within the clinic

PROFILE

You are a dental assistant (CFC - equivalent recognized title) and have solid experience in a practice or clinic. Comfortable working in a team, you already have some supervisory experience or wish to evolve towards responsible functions. Organized and rigorous, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to unite, while remaining fully committed on the ground.
