What does your daily routine look like?
You can expect a very varied training; no day is like the other! Mostly, you will perform basic care activities (support with personal hygiene, eating, mobility) and assist the residents in their daily lives. Tasks such as housekeeping are also part of it, as well as administrative work (keeping documentation, orders, etc.). Depending on your level of training, you will perform medical-technical tasks such as injections, dressing changes, or blood draws.
What qualifications do you bring?
- You are reliable and enjoy working in a team
- You are physically fit and mentally resilient
- You are a communicative, open, and cheerful person
- You attend secondary school (or middle school with good grades)
You must be aware that weekend shifts are part of your training. The commute to the various educational partners (company, vocational school, inter-company courses) must be easily accessible for you by public transport.
