Head of Mixing Department 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a department head for the mixing, roasting and manufacturing areas. In this role, you lead a department with around 30 employees and continuously develop it together with your management team. You ensure the timely and quantity-appropriate supply of semi-finished and finished products and support your team in operational day-to-day business if needed. You are responsible for compliance with quality, food safety and occupational safety standards in your area. You ensure high equipment availability as well as the technical advancement of production and implement optimisation projects. You use data and key figures for the continuous improvement of productivity, quality and efficiency and actively drive digitalisation and automation forward.

• You tackle challenges, make decisions and keep an overview even in hectic situations

• You think in a networked way, enjoy organising and set priorities with good judgement

• You bring experience in implementing improvements, changes or digitalisation projects

• You are confident in ERP and production systems and use data and key figures as a basis for your decisions
