Tasks

Independent creation and processing of ancillary cost statements
Checking and processing of condominium owner statements
Data entry and modification in the SAP RE-FX system for properties, rental units and rental contracts

Commercial training, ideally in the real estate sector (property administration or financial accounting)
Several years of experience in a similar or equivalent position
Affinity for data and numbers and MS Office user skills
Good French skills are an advantage
