Nursing Specialist HF/FH 80-100% (m/f/d)
In the "Caring for Relatives" service, clients in need of care receive the best possible person-centred care from their relatives. The caregiving relatives are advised, accompanied and supported by nursing specialists HF/FH. The caregiving relatives are remunerated and insured for the work they perform.
We are looking for a nursing specialist HF/FH with case management for the Central Switzerland region, starting by arrangement.
We offer: high autonomy, flexible working hours, home office and the opportunity to help shape the expansion of this service.
Your tasks
- You lead the nursing process and ensure the best possible person-centred quality of care for the clients
- You advise and support the caregiving relatives
- You organise relief services
- You contribute to the development of the service
Our requirements
- You enjoy working independently, are well organised and act responsibly
- As a committed nursing specialist, you have strong communication skills
- For this responsible role, we require an HF/FH qualification and nursing experience, preferably in Spitex
- You hold a valid driving licence and have your own car
Workplace is Lucerne / Central Switzerland region.
Start date: 01.09.2026 or by arrangement
