Project Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You independently manage development and optimisation projects through all phases - from the initial concept to successful market launch

• You control technical changes, repairs and revisions with full responsibility, keeping time, budget and quality under control

• You are the central hub between product management and all internal as well as external project participants, bringing everyone together

• You support sales, production, quality assurance and service with your technical know-how exactly where it is needed

• You document projects professionally and keep management informed with meaningful reports

• You identify risks early, assess them systematically and implement effective countermeasures

• You ensure that all relevant standards, norms and quality guidelines are consistently adhered to

What do I need to be successful?

• Solid technical education - complemented by a qualification as a technician or engineer

• Sound know-how in plastics technology as well as in project management

• Experience in the semiconductor environment? Perfect, but not essential!

• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written

• Thinking outside the box is one of your strengths - and you remain calm even in dynamic situations

• You enjoy approaching people and maintain exchange with colleagues and customers alike
