Your Tasks
- You contribute significantly to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
- You assist with the daily care of our residents and train our apprentices
- You participate in handovers, team meetings, and further training
- You recognize and manage emergency situations
- You create care documentation and individual care planning
- You mainly work in early and late shifts and take on day or shift responsibility
What You Bring
- Training as a certified nursing specialist HF, AKP, DNII, DNI
- You are motivated and gladly apply your strong professional and social skills in everyday life
- You have knowledge of RAI/RUG and careCoach
- Good oral and written German skills (B2)
- With your cheerful nature, you actively contribute to a company culture where residents and employees feel comfortable
- Own car and living in the region
