To strengthen the in-house service at our headquarters in Otelfingen ZH, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Property Manager 100% (m/f/d)
You will be responsible in a small team for the maintenance of our 3 properties in Otelfingen/ZH and Brunegg/AG, as well as another rental property in Otelfingen.
Your main tasks (teamwork consisting of 2-3 employees)
- Maintenance and surroundings as well as gardening work including building cleaning
- Monitoring and control of the systems
- Carrying out minor repairs, possibly coordinating craftsmen
- Assistance with internal company moves and furnishing work
- Support of tenants with technical problems
- Tire service Still (working with the tire press)
- Winter service
What you should bring:
- Several years of practical experience as a property manager, technical caretaker
- and/or from horticulture (corresponding basic training desired)
- Mandatory: Driver's license category B
- Technical flair and physically resilient
- Independent organizational talent
- Enjoy dealing with tenants and business partners
- Very good knowledge of German
