Permanent Night Watch in Long-Term Care (at Secondary or Tertiary Level)
(Re-entrants are welcome)
Your Tasks
- Ensure professional nursing and care of our residents during the night shift
- Assess care situations and create care plans
- Maintain order and hygiene regulations within the department
- Manage the electronic care documentation CareCoach
- Take on housekeeping tasks directly related to care
Your Profile
- Completed training in nursing at secondary or tertiary level (e.g., FAGE, DNI, or HF/DN II)
- Professional experience in nursing, preferably in long-term care
- Respectful and service-oriented interaction with our residents
- Initiative, motivated, and open personality with empathy
- High resilience and organizational skills
- Knowledge of RAI desired or willingness to acquire it
- Flexibility for cross-location assignments if needed
