Make your mark for patients
We are looking for an autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented Pharma Maintenance Technician to join our Technical Support and Site Utilities team, based at our UCB offices in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the position
You will be responsible for supervising and performing maintenance activities on Allergy and Neurology production equipment. The goal is to minimize production downtime, optimize preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with cGMP and HSE standards, while contributing to service planning and budgeting. The position is daytime, with peak periods as operational needs require.
Who you will work with
You will collaborate with production departments, external contractors, and cross-functional teams such as engineering, metrology, qualification, and utilities. You will actively participate in deploying the HSE policy at the Bulle site and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will do
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose breakdowns and restart installations
- Coordinate interventions with external contractors
- Plan priorities with production and maintenance managers
- Identify spare parts and manage orders
- Participate in audits, qualifications, and HSE inspections

- Technical training in industrial or mechanical maintenance
- Proven experience in troubleshooting in an industrial environment
- Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Mastery of pharmaceutical environments and controlled areas
- Computer skills (Office) and CMMS (SAP)
- Fluency in French is mandatory; German and English are highly desirable
