The Communication Department is responsible for developing, proposing, and implementing the communication policy and tools of the HUG, promoting them, and organising information for its various target audiences. It is structured around three divisions: institutional, digital and media, marketing and communication.
Job Description
Two internships for hands-on involvement
These positions offer you the opportunity to actively contribute to ongoing projects and achievements.
Internship in the Digital and Media Division: For digital communication, you participate in monitoring and moderating social media (e-reputation), prepare posts, and create scripts and videos adapted to social platforms. With the media relations team, you produce the daily press review, contribute to press releases, press conferences, radio and TV reports, and interviews. You update media performance indicators.
Internship in the Marketing and Communication Division and Institutional Division: you carry out and implement communication actions, participate in organising events, write and publish content on websites and intranet. You interact with medical and care teams, partners, and suppliers. You participate in managing internal displays.
Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in communication (University, CREA Geneva, Geneva School of Economics and Management, Polycom, Art School or equivalent) and you are interested in the healthcare field.
You have good summarising skills as well as proven writing ability.
You appreciate teamwork, demonstrate rigour and organisational skills, while maintaining an innovative mindset.
Mandatory qualifications
These internships require: an intra-curriculum agreement signed by your educational institution (Bachelor or Master level) as well as the right to work in Switzerland. If either of these two conditions is not met, please do not apply.
