Your future field of responsibility

Management of the entire Food & Beverage department including restaurant, bar, breakfast area, room service and banquet
Creation of duty rosters as well as conducting training and staff development for a strong team
Ensuring and further developing high quality and service standards in all gastronomic areas
Active presence in the operational daily business to support the team and ensure a smooth process
Responsibility for budget creation, forecasts, pricing as well as control of goods usage and profitability
Development of seasonal F&B concepts, event formats and special promotions to increase sales and guest enthusiasm
Close coordination with kitchen, event sales, front office and marketing to optimise all F&B processes
Monitoring compliance with all legal requirements regarding hygiene, occupational safety and allergen labelling
Selection and negotiation with suppliers to ensure a high-quality, up-to-date product portfolio
Initiating innovative ideas and trends to further develop the gastronomic offer

What you bring with you

Completed training in hotel or restaurant management as well as leadership experience in the hotel sector or the desire to take the next career step
Strong organisational skills and a good instinct for motivating and inspiring teams
Pronounced communication skills and confident appearance in dealing with guests, employees and business partners
Willingness to take responsibility and to act with a hands-on mentality in the operational daily business
Decisiveness and independence in implementing measures and processes
