HR Generalist (80-100%)
Your role with us
- Personnel administration — Independent handling of all administrative processes from entry to exit including contract management, confirmations and work references
- Social insurances — Handling cases in the areas of illness, accident, maternity, paternity and care as well as processing EO benefits, family allowances and withholding tax
- Payroll & data management — Maintenance and control of personnel, payroll and absence master data as well as participation in monthly payroll processing and year-end tasks
- HR services consulting — Advice on social insurances, payroll and absence issues as well as contract and reference matters
- Process optimisation — Active participation in the further development, optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes
What convinces us
- Commercial basic training with further education as a personnel specialist (federal diploma) as well as several years of experience in personnel administration or HR services
- Sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance law, withholding tax and payroll administration
- Good user knowledge of SAP, P&I LOGA as well as confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Independent, structured, service- and solution-oriented working style with high accuracy
- Service-oriented, discreet, team-capable and communicative personality with pleasure in advising employees and managers
