Qualification- FAT Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

In this role, you are responsible for the independent execution of commissioning, qualification, and FAT of Belimed Life Science sterilizers at the Sulgen plant. The following main tasks are included:

Initial commissioning of machines and systems

Qualification of machines and systems at the manufacturer’s plant

Checking the mechanical and electrical installation

Checking process engineering functions

Performing calibrations

Function test of the entire machine

Detailed documentation of the tests performed

Conducting factory acceptance tests (FAT) with customers

Training and further education of qualification technicians

Willingness to travel internationally 15-25% to carry out acceptance tests on site with customers

Your profile

Training in mechatronics, electrical engineering

Several years of experience in the qualification of systems

Good knowledge in the qualification of machines in the pharmaceutical industry

Knowledge in design, electrical engineering, and programming

Training regarding initial and re-commissioning of machines and systems

Knowledge of GMP and GAMPX guidelines is an advantage
