In this versatile role, you will actively shape the international activities of our university and simultaneously make an important contribution to the integration of refugee students.

Department: Rectorate

Start date: From 1.6.2026 or by arrangement (limited to 12 months)

• You coordinate and support student and staff mobility and ensure a smooth process in the Mobility-Online software
• You are the central contact person for the "ZHAW for Refugees" contact point and accompany and advise (prospective) students with a refugee background
• You coordinate support offers such as German courses and mentoring programmes for students with a refugee background and further develop them
• You act as central support in various projects and subject areas, taking on diverse organisational and content-related tasks
• You take on tasks in the financial administration of the International Department and ensure correct fund management
• You manage records and process management in the International Department
• You flexibly support the team with further administrative and organisational tasks
• Completed commercial training or further education
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. business, finance, administration) is an advantage
• Experience in project coordination
• Experience in an international and intercultural working environment
• Experience with the Mobility-Online software is an advantage
• A flair for numbers
• Enjoyment of coordination, organisation and process optimisation
• Good IT skills
• Fluent in German and English
