- Independent management of the secretariat
- Reception and telephone support
- Recording of medical services and reports
- General administrative tasks and correspondence
- Maintaining various statistics
- Checking invoices
- Office supplies management
Your profile
- Experience in the commercial-administrative field
- Completed training as a medical or hospital secretary is an advantage
- Comprehensive PC skills (Word, Excel)
- Very good, confident German language skills (spoken and written)
- Team spirit, helpfulness and independent working style
- Open, flexible and adaptable personality with networked thinking
