In addition to extended basic care, our Surgical Clinic offers a wide range of specialised services as well as a surgical outpatient clinic, which assesses and treats outpatients and inpatients under specialist medical supervision.
In our interdisciplinary clinic and SIWF-certified training centre, we not only promote the careers of our employees but also guarantee them an exciting and challenging role.
Our focus is on minimally invasive surgery; our specialist areas include, among others: General Surgery, Bariatrics, Visceral Surgery, Endocrine Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Plastic, Reconstructive, Aesthetic Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Hand Surgery, ENT.
Day off: every other Thursday or every Thursday afternoon
Here you will be involved
- responsible for appointment scheduling, coordination, and the smooth running of the anaesthesia consultation
- in patient reception and telephone contact with patients as well as internal and external departments
- in the surgical planning of the operative clinics (Department I)
- in admission planning, bed management, and transfers
- in ensuring administrative processes
- in interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and MPAs
- in handling email enquiries and all KISIM mailboxes
You
- have completed vocational training as an MPA or completed vocational training in the commercial field with further training as a medical and hospital secretary
- have several years of professional experience as a medical secretary in a similar position
- possess empathetic and customer-oriented interpersonal skills
- have good PC skills
- have confident German language skills
- are an organisational talent
- are a team-oriented, friendly, flexible, and resilient personality
