The position is located at the Hirondelle Daycare in Bercher, which will have a capacity of 64 places divided into 4 groups. This position concerns the toddler group (12-30 months).

Your missions:

• Provide quality support to the children cared for, ensuring their well-being and safety in accordance with the institutional project and current regulations.
• Identify quality-related issues based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose courses of action and implement them in the child’s best interest.
• Foster a quality relationship and exchanges with families and external services.

Your profile:

Your ability to work in a team and adapt, your interpersonal skills as well as your professional awareness make you a real asset to the team. A kind and patient personality, you have the ability to carry out relevant actions independently and with commitment. You are organised and responsible.

You hold a secondary (CFC) or tertiary (ES/HES) diploma or equivalent, have Swiss nationality or a valid residence permit, and a clean criminal record. Experience in a similar position would be a real advantage.
