Night Shift Team Leader
60 – 100 %
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the professional, personnel, and administrative leadership of the night shift team.
- You actively contribute to quality assurance and development.
- You actively participate in the night shift and plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise the nursing tasks.
- You maintain a trust-promoting relationship with residents and contact persons.
- You accompany residents with increased nursing and medical-technical needs in Intensive Care.
Your profile
- You are a certified nursing professional HF/FH and want to lead and develop people.
- You have completed leadership training.
- You have experience in acute and long-term care as well as in team leadership.
