What is my role?

Our client needs you as the first point of contact for their customers in the prefabricated parts sector. In this versatile position, the following exciting tasks await you:

• You are the competent voice on the phone and by email - professionally advising customers and finding the right solution for every enquiry

• You work hand in hand with your Area Sales Manager and actively support them in their projects

• You manage the entire order process - from entry in SAP R3 to successful shipping handling

• You are the link between all departments and ensure that purchasing, work preparation, production and shipping work perfectly together

• You manage customer contracts independently and always keep an overview

• You carefully check orders and contracts and ensure that everything runs smoothly

What do I need to be successful?

Ideally, you bring the following:

• A solid commercial education and practical experience in internal sales - you know how the business runs

• Ideally, you have already worked in a production environment; knowledge in the plastics sector is a plus but not essential

• You are familiar with order processing and have already worked with SAP - export experience would be the icing on the cake

• You communicate confidently in German and can express yourself well in French and English

• You enjoy telephone communication and like to advise customers competently and friendly

• You work in a structured, swift and precise manner - nothing slips through the net with you

• You are a team player with a clear head and can convince others of your ideas
