• you will be responsible for the individual and resource-oriented care and support of the residents
• you adhere to the institution's guidelines and regulations and actively contribute to the further development of the care process
• furthermore, you take on care documentation, performance recording, and medication management
• the workload can be freely chosen between 60 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have completed training as a health specialist EFZ (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• you are used to working independently and precisely
• do you also describe yourself as competent, collegial, reliable, and communicative?
