Your daily work:
- You are the direct contact person for our customers and conduct consultations, measurements, repairs, and warranty work
- You ensure the professional, clean, and timely installation of Coral shower partitions and handle complaints carefully and competently with your customer-oriented approach
- You enjoy independently managing your customer orders and working responsibly
- Additionally, you will perform other administrative tasks, such as creating weekly reports and billing, and reliably take over the representation of your colleagues during vacation absences
What is important to us:
- You have completed training in the industrial sector or in construction trades and bring practical skills
- With your structured and organized way of working, you always have your orders in view and are used to working with MS Office tools
- You speak fluent German, preferably have knowledge of French, and live in the Solothurn/Grenchen region
- Your flexible and dynamic personality with a high level of service readiness rounds off your profile
