Ticket Inspector
As a ticket inspector, you play a key role in the trust relationship with our customers. Thanks to your rigor and interpersonal skills, you ensure the application of rules while providing information, support, and presence in the field. Your mission is not limited to inspection: you actively contribute to safety, service quality, and the image of our company.
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- Check tickets in compliance with procedures and regulations
- Issue reports for passengers without valid tickets
- Maintain full confidentiality regarding the persons concerned
- Inform passengers about tickets, schedules, and sales channels
- Assist passengers
- Note all irregularities observed in stations, buses, or stops
Are these tasks inspiring to you?
- You have completed your certified professional training with a CFC and have 2 to 5 years of professional experience directly related to the public
- You appreciate teamwork and interactions with customers
- You speak French or German perfectly and are able to communicate in the partner language (knowledge of English is an asset)
- Flexible, you appreciate working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- You are comfortable using a smartphone and other mobile applications
- Thanks to your calm and confidence, you defuse potential conflict situations
- Previous experience in public transport is an advantage
