RegioSpitex Limmattal is a modern, future-oriented non-profit organization with around 135 employees, which ensures outpatient care and support for the residents of Dietikon, Schlieren, and Urdorf.
This position serves to complement our specialized team. A specialist responsible for stoma and continence care as well as a wound expert SAFW are already part of it.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Wound Expert SAfW (40-100%)
Your tasks
- You work directly in nursing and take over the advice and guidance of clients, relatives, and employees in complex care situations
- You coach and support our employees in wound assessment/treatment and thereby promote wound care according to the internal wound concept
- You take over wound care for acute and chronic wounds, advise our clients during the various phases of the illness, and coordinate treatment with the interdisciplinary treatment team
- You actively participate in projects, make adjustments to the wound concept, and evaluate new or existing wound materials. In doing so, you are in contact with representatives of wound products.
- You carry out needs assessments using the InterRAI instrument
(Costs for the InterRAI training are covered by RegioSpitex Limmattal) - As case management, you are responsible for planning and implementing the care process for your clients
- You maintain an active role in collaboration with the supervising interdisciplinary network and coordinate the corresponding services for your clients
Your skills
- You have a degree as a Dipl. Nurse HF / FH and corresponding professional experience in this field
- You also have further training in wound management
- You are an open and flexible personality who enjoys approaching people
- You bring good communication skills as well as confident handling of mobile care documentation (smartphone)
- You think networked, work independently and responsibly
