A Technical Collaborator
Ready to take on a new challenge in the heart of Thyon? Télé-Thyon SA and its real estate agency Imalp Thyon SA are looking for:
Your tasks:
Tasks related to property management
- Ensure the maintenance of the exterior areas of chalets and condominiums: mowing, cutting, watering, snow removal
- Collect and remove bulky waste
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs in rental properties
- Organise interventions according to schedules and weather conditions
- Prepare a daily report of completed work and any particular issues encountered
- Manage requests for quotes from external companies
- Conduct monthly inspections of contracted properties
- Ensure the maintenance follow-up of the company’s installations
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Tasks related to ski lifts
- Collaborate on the maintenance (preventive and corrective) of ski lift installations
- Carry out urgent repairs and troubleshooting
- Contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the company’s buildings
Your profile:
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in operations agent, construction or building, landscaping, or any other equivalent qualification
- Possess excellent manual skills and be self-taught by nature
- Have basic knowledge/experience in plumbing, electricity, painting, and exterior maintenance, a real asset
- Fluent in French (other languages an advantage)
- Comfortable with basic common computer tools
- Good interpersonal skills, sense of priorities, and solution-oriented
- Dynamic, flexible, and proactive personality
- Willing to work irregular hours, especially during winter and summer seasons
- Strong team spirit
- Interest in mountains and winter sports
