Workshop Manager in Metal Construction 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You lead, coordinate, organise and supervise around 20 employees in the metal construction and apparatus construction department in collaboration with the department heads. You allocate the work, plan and monitor the workflows. Additionally, you support the head of the machine hall/sheet metal processing in production planning, organise transports, keep an eye on deadlines and are responsible for orderliness in and around the company.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship as a metalworker with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

• Further training as a workshop and assembly manager is an advantage

• Driving licence category B

• Leadership experience and organisational talent

• Team spirit and strong communication skills

• Sense of responsibility and reliability
