As a Swiss partner of Marsh, we have been part of a network since 1998 with specialists from all areas of risk management and extensive experience in managing global insurance programmes.
For a maternity cover, we are looking for a committed individual for our three-person team from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027. The role includes organising and conducting client events and events for our Academy training programme as well as supporting Marketing & Communications. The scope of duties is complemented by general administrative tasks and support for the executive management.
What to expect
- You plan, organise, and accompany client events as well as events of our Kessler Academy from planning to execution and on-site support.
- You take on the organisation of staff events and ensure a smooth process.
- You are responsible for invitation management, maintain relevant data in the CRM, and prepare summaries for the executive management.
- You support Marketing & Communications with tasks such as sending mailings, coordinating sponsorship activities, and managing the website and intranet.
- You coordinate translations and take on further administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
- You support the executive management with organisational and administrative tasks, coordinate reservations and travel bookings, as well as the organisation of departmental events, specialist conferences, and offsites.
- You perform general administrative tasks and represent your team colleagues during absences.
What you bring
- You have a commercial basic education and experience in event management as well as in an assistant role. Marketing knowledge is an advantage.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You are characterised by organisational skills, flexibility, service orientation, and a reliable working style.
- You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills in spoken and written form. French skills are an advantage.
- You are proficient in the use of common Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM systems.
- You enjoy working in a team, are hands-on, and appreciate a varied range of tasks.
