Role Objective

In this position, you ensure the reliable operation of modern circular knitting machines and guarantee high product quality. At the same time, you take on the technical leadership of a small team and support the implementation of technical optimisations as well as new product developments. With your technical understanding and hands-on mentality, you make a significant contribution to the smooth production process.

Your Tasks:

• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on modern circular knitting machines
• Monitoring product quality and adjusting knitting programmes
• Implementing technical innovations and supporting product developments
• Technical leadership and motivation of a team of around five employees
• Ensuring an efficient and trouble-free production process
• Contributing to the continuous optimisation of processes and equipment

Your Profile:

• Completed basic technical training EFZ, for example as a polymechanic, mechatronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician or textile mechanic
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding of complex machine processes
• Confident handling of PC and digital systems
• Precise, independent and responsible way of working
• Team-oriented personality with an interest in leadership tasks
• Flexibility and willingness to familiarise yourself with new subject areas
