In this diverse job
- you are responsible for the support, expansion, and acquisition of new and existing local customers of TV and radio
- you actively research to identify new potential customers and conduct the initial telephone contact (cold calling)
- you visit customers to present and sell our product range
- you independently record offers and orders in the CRM/order tool, and also take care of data maintenance in the CRM system
- you ensure high customer satisfaction and guarantee optimal service (internal and external)
- you work closely with product management
You will succeed here if
- you have professional experience in active sales (B2B), complemented by a good dose of perseverance and strong assertiveness
- you have completed vocational training and have knowledge in sales & marketing
- you are an ambitious consultant personality with negotiation strength
- you are rooted in the Bern region with a corresponding network in the B2B sector
- you can take on sales responsibility without losing the entrepreneurial perspective
- you have a category B driving license
