What is my role?

• Our client is looking for a project manager who independently manages complex infrastructure and electrical projects from concept through the planning phase to commissioning.

• In this position, you will drive forward future-oriented energy projects with commitment.

• You are responsible for conducting public tenders and preparing all necessary documents professionally and on time.

• You develop cost calculations, budget plans, and decision templates and support the project teams as an electrical engineering expert.

• The electrical planning of the systems is your responsibility - you coordinate the creation of plans, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation and ensure an orderly handover to operations.

• You represent your field in internal and external project meetings and maintain close collaboration with authorities, specialist planners, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• You support trainees with your expertise and make an important contribution to their professional development.

• You contribute your own ideas, actively participate in process design, and drive the continuous improvement of workflows.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic electrical training (electrician, electrical planner, automation technician, or comparable)

• Ideally recognised further training (electrical project manager FA, certified electrical installer HFP, technician HF, engineer FH) or several years of project management experience

• Familiarity with Swiss standards, regulations, and safety requirements

• Sound knowledge in planning, project design, tendering, and implementation of electrical systems

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

• Clear communication and professional appearance

• Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and resilience

• Driving licence category B
