- You bring structure and clear priorities to a broad market from private to large customers.
- You proactively and purposefully manage pipeline, activities, and priorities.
- The further development of the team as well as new approaches, mindsets, and sales models are in your hands.
- You ensure that sales, market, and operational implementation work seamlessly together.
- An active and binding sales culture is significantly shaped by your example.
YOUR PROFILE
- As an experienced leader in service sales, you bring the necessary know-how.
- You have already successfully built or strategically realigned sales organizations.
- A solid education or further training in sales or business administration forms your foundation.
- You develop teams, structures, and performance with equal passion.
- Modernizing existing sales structures and introducing effective working methods is a matter of course for you.
