Your passion
Individual support: You assist a child with developmental delay and epilepsy in everyday daycare life and enable them to actively participate in group activities.
Promotion & care: You accompany the child during play, meals, transitions and rest times and support them in acting as independently as possible.
Safety & attention: You observe the individual developmental and care needs of the child and ensure their safety and well-being.
Collaboration: You work closely with the daycare team, parents and management and contribute to a loving, structured and supportive environment.
Your profile
Training & experience: You have training as a childcare specialist EFZ and bring experience in caring for and supporting children.
Professional interest: Knowledge in early childhood development as well as experience with children with special needs are advantageous.
Personality: You are warm, calm, attentive and reliable and approach children with patience, appreciation and empathy.
Team spirit: You value collaboration with parents and professionals and take responsibility in your daily care routine.
