spirix care AG is an innovative, private SPITEX organisation with bases in Heerbrugg, Rheineck and Steinach. Since 2006, we have been caring for and supporting clients in the cantons of St. Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden.

For the Rheintal operational area, we are looking for a Deputy Regional Manager by arrangement

with a workload of approximately 80-100%.

Your commitment to spirix care AG: I

• am deputy to the regional management in professional, personnel and organisational tasks
• contribute to the professional leadership and support of employees
• contribute to ensuring person-centred and high-quality care and support
• plan, control and review care processes
• take on coordination with clients, relatives, doctors,

hospitals, insurers and other partners

• ensure the flow of information within the team and towards management
• contribute to the organisation and conduct of specialist and team meetings
• participate in employee discussions and in the further development of care quality
• implement operational goals taking into account professional and

economic use of resources

Your profile: I

• am a qualified nurse HF or have an equivalent qualification.
• have several years of professional experience and have interRAI knowledge or am willing to acquire it.
• am willing to do more, take responsibility and support regional management in the operational area.

• act service-oriented, independently and reliably.
• hold a valid driving licence category B.
