Your tasks:
- You answer general questions about the customer loyalty program
- You are responsible for the info line, helpdesk, and technical support
- You record new registrations and are responsible for processing address changes and returns
- You are responsible for covering all communication channels (telephone and postal mail)
- You are responsible for passing on relevant information
- You receive complaints and process them
Your profile:
- You speak Swiss German and French fluently
- English and Italian? Even better! If you are proficient in these languages, that is a plus
- You have completed commercial training or business school and already have some office experience
- You are proficient in using a PC and have advanced IT skills – Excel, Word & Co. are familiar to you
- Communication is your strength – you can express yourself clearly and professionally and always keep an overview
- You work in a structured and reliable manner – chaos? Not with you!
- You enjoy advising and bring an empathetic personality
What awaits you:
