The Student Body of the University of St.Gallen (SHSG) is a sub-entity of the university and takes on the task of representing student interests. Year after year, students volunteer to enable the various services of the SHSG. The SHSG consists of three bodies (Legislative, Executive, Judiciary). The Executive is formed by the SHSG board, consisting of six people. The board is newly elected every year. Accordingly, the contacts and direct supervisors (President) for this position also change annually.

Your tasks
- You are the central contact person internally and externally and ensure the smooth daily operations of the student body.
- You manage the secretariat, especially 3 mail accounts, place orders, organize trips and internal events.
- You coordinate the SHSG services, especially the loan materials and the table stand allocation for clubs as well as key management.
- You are the first contact person for the university departments IT, HR, and Real Estate.
- You manage access to the SHSG house via card for all annually changing SHSG team members.
- You manage all SHSG email addresses, i.e., you grant or remove access.
- You support the board in administrative tasks.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial basic training and have been working in your trained profession for several years.
- You are a reliable, open, and dynamic personality who enjoys working in a team of voluntarily engaged students.
- You work proactively, responsibly, and with great joy and are resilient, humorous, and calm.
- You like to support a young team with many ideas and are still used to working very independently and goal-oriented.
- You have very good knowledge of common MS Office applications, speak flawless German, and can converse well in English.
