Your role with us
- You are the first point of contact for IT inquiries, provide 1st and 2nd level support to our SME customers, and, if necessary, carry out support assignments on site at customers.
- You support our Platform Engineers as well as Solution Architects in their daily work for our customers and all our employees with internal technical concerns.
- You forward complex technical and coaching-specific inquiries to our technology or coaching experts.
- You assist with operational and maintenance tasks, monitor monitoring and data backups, and engage with the latest technologies (focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, PRTG, Copilot, and Veeam).
- You actively participate in internal projects and process optimizations.
What you bring
- You work independently, structured, and process-oriented with a high service and quality awareness.
- You are a communicative team player, love solving problems, and enjoy pitching in with an ambitious team.
- You excel with good knowledge of modern system solutions in the Microsoft environment and have experience in network support.
- You have completed training in the ICT field (ICT specialist, computer science apprenticeship EFZ, or equivalent training).
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the service desk – but this is not a must.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
