Seewadel - Centre for Health and Ageing is a public-law institution of the city of Affoltern am Albis in the field of outpatient and inpatient care and support.

With our dedicated and highly motivated Spitex team, we stand for warm care services and accompanying outpatient care.
We are looking for you to strengthen our Spitex team immediately or by arrangement:
Health Specialist EFZ Spitex (40 - 80%)
Your core tasks
• Professional care and support of clients in their home environment
• Collaboration with the case-leading nursing professionals as well as other internal and external partners
• Complete electronic documentation of care services
• Co-responsibility for the hourly planning and coordination of care assignments on several days per week – in addition to direct care work
• Active participation in shaping a modern and future-oriented Spitex
Your skills
• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Independent, responsible and organised way of working
• Enjoyment of deployment planning as well as pronounced coordination and organisational skills
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with clients and relatives
• Confident handling of digital work tools as well as mobility (driving licence category B or willingness to undertake assignments by e-bike)
