Department:DECSEntity:Migration Service (SMIG) - Social Office for Asylum in Secondary Reception (OSAS)Activities:As a social worker at OSAS, you provide personalized follow-up to people from the asylum field as soon as they leave the collective first reception centers.An essential lever of your support, you manage material assistance by ensuring the proper application of current standards and guidelines.
You rigorously oversee the administrative and financial aspects of your files, thus ensuring the proper implementation of the cantonal policy decided by the migration service.
Versatile and committed, you get involved in various service projects, thereby directly contributing to the success of OSAS's missions.
Desired profile:Holder of a social worker training or a university degree in social sciences or migration. You demonstrate a particular sensitivity to issues related to migration and asylum. Thanks to your interpersonal skills, rigor, and mastery of methodological tools, you guarantee quality support for beneficiaries of social asylum assistance.In your professional stance, you know how to rely on the institutional network to ensure individualized and coherent social support with regard to the beneficiaries' search for autonomy.
Good knowledge of common computer tools is necessary, and oral proficiency in English is an asset.
