Maintenance and Repair Manager (100%)
Starting date: as soon as possible
To support our growing drones business based in Paudex, we are looking for a manager capable of leading change within our repair and maintenance department and developing repair activities in our reseller network.
What you will own:
- Manage and structure repair activity to sustain a growing market
- Follow up and communicate on daily planning (new cases, progresses, roadblocks) with Customer Support or other internal customers
- Setup weekly reporting
- Handle customer’s needs, priorities/urgencies and adapt activity as needed
- Perform first inspection/debug/root cause analysis jobs with support from other departments (R&D, Quality, ...)
- Perform maintenance and repair jobs on products (internal and external customers), respect expected lead times and quality standards
- Perform on-the-job quality checks, respecting the defined quality procedures
- Prepare and test complex spare parts
- Implement and manage repair centers/hubs
- Identify, select, develop stakeholders in order to deploy an efficient network all over the world
- Ensure training updates and stakeholder’s reliability
Your profile:
- Engineering or Master degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience as technician in repair and maintenance management
- At least 5 years of experience leading a repair and maintenance activity in robotics or high tech environment
- Fluent in French, English, other language is a plus
- Rigorous, organized, and capable of leading change
- Great diagnostic capabilities, strong communicator, gifted at training people
- Ability to travel (5 travels per year)
