Apprenticeship as Assistant Health and Social Services EBA

As a trainee for Assistant Health and Social Services EBA, you are part of our team from day one and are in direct contact with our residents. You will experience exciting encounters with people from various backgrounds and life stories – ideal for communicative and empathetic personalities.

The training lasts two years and concludes with the federal professional certificate (EBA).

• Completed compulsory schooling (secondary school diploma with an average grade of at least 5)

• Good German skills (spoken and written) – understanding of dialects

• Observational skills and confident appearance
• Willingness to learn independently
