What is my role?

• Recording and managing master data in the material master via workflow systems

• Creation and maintenance of bills of materials, cut lists, and work plans

• Execution and evaluation of costing runs with special attention to data quality

• Continuous target-actual comparison between costing data and actual production data

• Handling tasks arising in the context of the monthly closing

• Performing controlling activities for the operational area

• Developing meaningful key figures for various statistics and monthly reports

• Maintaining process-relevant quality management documents as well as performing administrative tasks

• Professional advice to interface areas and acting as key user for operational costing

• Active participation in internal company projects

• Possibility to take on deputy tasks with appropriate suitability and operational necessity

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification in business administration

• Ideally prior knowledge from the meat or food industry

• Experience in management controlling is desirable

• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as experience with ERP systems and SAP

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
