The Social Department includes an assessment service, the social service for children and youth, the social service for adults, the central services, the employment integration office, the social audit office, as well as the health promotion office.

Your tasks:
- Independent processing of advance payment and collection files for alimony
- Advising and negotiating with entitled and obligated persons
- Independently carrying out collection measures
- Contact and correspondence with internal offices, debt enforcement offices, and courts
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in the field of alimony support
- Interest in legal topics (debt enforcement law, family law) and a flair for numbers
- Enjoyment of customer contact and an independent, responsible activity
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Independence, resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- A high degree of discretion in dealing with sensitive information
