tilia offers people from the age of 18 who need care and support a home where they are well cared for. At our six locations in the greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

Your task
- empathetic and reference-oriented care and support of our residents
- important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and to the care process
- taking over daily and house responsibility after training, depending on function
- participation in the supervision of apprentices, students and interns
Our requirements
- training as a certified nurse FH/HF, health specialist or equivalent
- openness to new things
- care experience and joy in the nursing profession in long-term care
- willingness to complete the "Re-entry into Nursing" course
- very good oral and written German skills
- independent, flexible and proactive personality
