Your tasks in detail
- Independent management of an exciting property portfolio
- Professional leadership of assistants
- Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and tradespeople
- Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
- Coordinating and implementing rental activities
- Inspecting the properties for their structural condition and organising maintenance work
- Preparing owner reports as well as control and condition reports
Your profile
- Commercial basic training
- Several to many years of professional experience in property management
- Confident German and basic English skills
- You are decisive, flexible, and set clear priorities
- As a property professional, you also enjoy taking on new challenges
