• you lead entire projects or accompany projects together with other project managers from the preliminary project phase to handover to the client
• you mainly work on residential construction projects
• you are responsible for the design, building application and execution planning
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have a degree as an architect (m/f/d)
• ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable field of work
• if you also describe yourself as cooperative, goal-oriented, communicative and well organised, ....
