Your Tasks

Responsible for complete customer support via telephone and e-mail
Timely response and resolution of customer inquiries and technical faults
Recording customer orders
Managing correspondence with customers, technicians, and dispatch
Technical monitoring "supervision" support of various deposit and withdrawal machines

Your Profile

Commercial or technical basic training
Good PC skills with MS Office products
Good language skills in German and French, Italian is an advantage
Very quick comprehension
Numerical aptitude
Resilient
Structured and efficient
Willingness for telephone on-call duty (07:00-22:00)
