To strengthen our team in the Supermarket area, we are looking starting from 01.09.2025, for a permanent position, at the Lausanne location, a motivated* and committed* person as a Baker, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the preparation of breads, pizzas, and sandwiches.
- You conduct sales conversations and advise our demanding customers with competence and kindness.
- You regularly check that the sales stands are complete and clean.
- You effectively implement product concepts and local concepts.
- You create an attractive market atmosphere according to the concept (season, etc.).
- You organize the sales areas wisely and attractively.
- You set seasonal priorities and present the products accordingly.
- You systematically adhere to the prescribed hygiene rules.
Your profile
- You preferably have completed a basic training as a baker.
- You already have professional experience as a baker or in the catering industry.
- You are a reliable, customer-oriented, and committed person who works with a lot of pleasure and enthusiasm.
- You are able to adapt to a high customer frequency and keep your calm and overview in busy situations.
- You convince with your team spirit and well-groomed appearance.
- You care a lot about the work being done cleanly and carefully.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
